Come to a Brand New Beginner Workshop which is geared toward those who've never taken class before or perhaps took one class that either confused or intimidated them. This workshop has a more conversational vibe. I'll demo a pose or short sequence, you'll try it out, then you'll ask questions and we'll discuss.
